Cecilia was a radiant beacon of love, strength, and generosity, illuminating the lives of those lucky enough to have known her. Cecilia was a woman of many talents and passions, but above all, she cherished her family. She was the loving wife of Rafael Anderson, and together they crafted a beautiful life filled with laughter, love, and shared dreams.
